  4. A:  If they had the temerity and the guts to come 
  5. and contact Marshall McLuhan and he enjoyed 
  6. their company, they were in. And if they didn‚Äôt, he 
  7. was very cruel.

  10. Q:  What did he look for in a personality?
  11.  
  12. A:  Honesty, openness, a sense of humor. He 
  13. wanted to be instructed. He was always learning. 
  14. So, all the people around him were all professors.
